Rebekah Espinosa
Rebekah Espinosa is a culture translator and creative consultant with nearly 20 years of experience, including executive roles across Sony Music Entertainment and Universal Music Group. Through her consulting practice Rx Ownly, she helps artists, startups, and organizations align their values with their impact, bridging the gap between creative vision and business reality. A passionate advocate for mental health, caregiver support, and equitable access in the music industry, Rebekah speaks frequently on non-linear careers, human-first leadership, and what it really takes to build a sustainable life in the creative economy.
Mitchell “Merch” Cohen
Mitchell Cohen (aka Merch) is a producer, artist, and co‑founder of AME Industries (f.k.a. Anthem Music Enterprises), where he currently serves as CEO. Blending Pop, R&B, soul, and hip‑hop, he has produced dozens of albums, film scores, and jingles for artists and brands internationally. Under his leadership, AME partners with organizations like the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum and Inside Out Youth Services to combat the mental health crisis through artist development and live events. A CU Boulder graduate in Creative Technology & Design, Cohen has produced hundreds of songs across a diverse set of genres and is building a career modeled after producer‑artists like Pharrell.
Joseph Rich aka Thought Process
Thought Process (Joseph Rich) is a Denver-based producer and DJ whose cinematic, beat-driven sound blends hip hop, dubstep, trap, breakbeats, and immersive sound design. A former street team promoter, stage manager, and talent buyer, he knows Colorado’s music scene from the ground to mountaintop.
