He’s managed many musical artists and professionals who now have thriving careers worldwide.

At RYSE, Donavan led the development and redesign of two product cycles, unified UI and UX development, co-created business proposals with the founder, and presented them to stakeholders and investors for B seed funding. He also integrated digital and social strategies for the company and its clients, managed a growing community of 30,000 industry creatives and professionals, and built comprehensive marketing plans for product launches and artists’ music releases. His leadership empowers teams and individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals.
