We are happy to invite members of the media to join us for an extraordinary event exploring the ever-changing music industry in Denver. Whether you’re a writer, a podcast producer, or other media professional, we welcome you to come learn with us at Auditorium 2024. By registering, you agree to comply with our media guidelines and respect the privacy of our attendees and speakers. Click here to register as a member of the press.

As a registered member of the press, you will gain exclusive access to:

Exclusive Interviews: Arrange one-on-one interviews with keynote speakers, panelists, and performers.

How to Get Your Press Pass 

  1. Complete the Press Registration Form: Complete the form below with your details and media credentials.
  2. Receive Confirmation: Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. Pickup Your Badge on August 15th or 16th: Registered media can pick up their badges at Check-in on August 15th and 16th, located at the event entrance.

Our Media Guidelines

The purpose of this media policy is to protect intellectual property and ensure that the privacy of attendees and speakers at Auditorium 2024 is respected while providing media representatives with the access they need to report on the event. This policy outlines the guidelines for media coverage and interactions during the conference.

Media Access:

  • Media representatives must be pre-registered for the event to gain access to Auditorium 2024. Accreditation is granted upon verification of credentials.
  • Press badges must be worn at all times and be visible during the event.

Interview Guidelines:

  • All interview requests with speakers, panelists, and attendees must be coordinated through the Auditorium 2024 media relations team.
  • Media representatives must obtain explicit consent from individuals before conducting interviews or recording their statements.

Photography and Videography:

  • Photography and videography are permitted in public areas of the event. However, capturing images or videos of individuals without their consent is strictly prohibited.
  • No photography or videography is allowed in restricted areas or private areas unless explicitly permitted by Auditorium 2024 organizers.
  • Media representatives must respect the wishes of attendees and speakers who do not want to be photographed or recorded.

Session Coverage:

  • Media representatives are allowed to cover sessions, workshops, and panels. However, they must adhere to the designated media zones and not disrupt the proceedings.
  • Live streaming of sessions is not permitted unless prior approval is obtained from the Auditorium 2024 media relations team.
  • Recording of entire sessions for public distribution is prohibited. Brief clips and highlights may be used with written permission and appropriate credit to Auditorium 2024 and speakers.

Privacy and Respect:

  • Media representatives must respect the privacy of all attendees and speakers. This includes not disclosing any personal information or private conversations without consent.
  • Harassment or intrusive behavior will not be tolerated. Media representatives are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times.

Use of Content:

  • Any content created during the event, including articles, interviews, photos, and videos, must credit Auditorium 2024 appropriately.
  • Content must be used in a manner that does not misrepresent or take out of context the views and statements of attendees and speakers.

Violation of Policy:

  • Violation of this media policy may result in revocation of press credentials and removal from the event.
  • Serious violations may result in further legal action.
