Emily Ferguson is the Culture Editor for Westword, Denver’s alternative-weekly, for which she covers music and art in the city. Prior to that, she edited for local and national publications and contributed to the arts section of the Wall Street Journal. Emily went to College of Charleston, where she studied Eastern religions and mysticism, and worked at music festivals and as a fire performer.
